Dedicated exclusively to the Cascais area, Settlers Realty is the result of 15 years of dedication to top-tier real estate services. Like a breath of ocean breeze, they challenge traditional Portuguese real estate concepts. The brand counted on GRINGO to create a double-page advertisement and the editorial for the Goldenbook.

Challenge
To create an advertisement and an editorial for the Goldenbook 22/23 – Lisbon edition – that would communicate the entire essence of Settlers Realty, targeting a foreign, high-net-worth target client.
Approach and Result
More than just showing properties and presenting Settlers, we wanted to bring the brand closer to potential property buyers, so that they would feel involved and fall in love with the ideal of having their dream home in Cascais.
This Goldenbook is present in some of the best hotels in Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, and Mafra, so we knew that a percentage of the readers would be tourists with purchasing power and potentially interested in acquiring a property in our country, especially in these areas.
The ad is present on the first double page of this book, taking full advantage of this positioning.
In the editorial, we wanted to complement what the ad promised about Settlers Realty, creating even more trust with the potential client.
