Like a breath of ocean breeze, they challenge traditional Portuguese real estate concepts. The brand entrusted GRINGO with the design and copywriting of its new brochure.
Challenge
To create a brochure that would capture the entire essence of Settlers Realty, from how they position themselves in the market to the way they provide their services. The client emphasized the importance of creating an elegant piece that would stand out from their competitors’ similar materials.
Approach and Result
More than just showcasing properties and presenting Settlers, we wanted the brochure to tell a story. We wanted potential clients, as they flipped through the piece, to feel involved and fall in love with the ideal of having their dream home in Cascais. On a graphic level, we focused on choosing a set of finishes, special cuts, and a visual universe that would convey the elegance that this brand so richly deserves.
