For a brand of this caliber, a presentation brochure isn’t just an informational flyer; it is the first physical proof of the luxury the client is about to purchase.

Our Approach: Tactile Luxury and Immersive Storytelling
Rather than just listing properties or square footage, our strategy was to craft a lifestyle manifesto. We wanted the brochure to tell an immersive story, designed so that high-net-worth clients would fall in love with the ideal of a dream home in Cascais the moment they turned the first page.
On a technical and graphic level, we treated this piece like a work of art. We relied on an exhaustive curation of premium finishes, special die-cuts, and a minimalist visual universe, ensuring a tactile experience that conveys the exact same elegance, weight, and solidity as the properties Settlers represents.
